摘要
目的:探讨补肾健脾方联合隔姜灸治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的效果及对肾功能的影响。方法:选取86例CGN患者,将其随机分为两组,每组43例。对照组予以补肾健脾方治疗,观察组在此基础上联用隔姜灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、证候积分、肾功能指标。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组证候积分均降低,且观察组证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血尿素氧(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)水平均下降,且观察组BUN、Scr水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CGN患者应用补肾健脾方联合隔姜灸治疗,可提高其临床治疗效果,改善患者症状及肾功能。
Objective: To investigate the effects of invigorating the kidney and spleen prescription combined with ginger-partitioned moxibustion on patients with chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)and its influence on renal function. Methods: 86 patients with CGN were randomized into two groups, each with 43 patients. The control group were treated with invigorating the kidney and spleen formula, while the observation group were treated with ginger-partitioned moxibustion on the basis of the treatment for the control group. Then, the clinical efficacy, symptom score and renal function indexes were compared between both groups. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of both groups were decreased, and symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of control group, which was of statistical difference(P<0.05);the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr) in both groups were decreased, and the levels of BUN and Scr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, which were of statistical significances(P<0.05). Conclusion: For CGN patients, invigorating the kidney and spleen prescription combined with ginger-partitioned moxibustion can improve the clinical efficacy, symptoms and renal function.
