摘要
目的探讨采用健脾补肾、化瘀止血法治疗慢性肾炎血尿的临床治疗效果。方法将慢性肾炎血尿患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予健脾补肾、化瘀止血中药汤剂口服,对照组给予肾炎康复片口服,2组均以3个月为1个疗程。1个疗程治疗结束后观察2组患者治疗前后临床疗效及尿沉渣红细胞计数的变化。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率83.33%,2组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后尿沉渣红细胞计数较治疗前有明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾、化瘀止血法针对慢性肾炎血尿热、瘀、虚之病机,健脾化瘀、补益肝肾,能显著减少尿沉渣红细胞计数。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of treatment of chronic nephritis by invigorating the spleen and kidney,removing blood stasis and hemostasis. Methods Patients with chronic nephritis hematuria in 60 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each. Treatment group given invigorating the spleen and kidney,removing blood stasis and hemostasis traditional Chinese medicine decoction,the control group was given oral administration of nephritis rehabilitation tablets,the two groups were 3 months for a course of treatment,a course of treatment. After the end of treatment,observe the clinical effect and change of urine red blood cell count of two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results Treatment in the treatment group total effectiveness 96. 67%,total effective rate was 83. 33% in the control group,two groups of total efficiency compared was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the urine red blood cell count in the two groups after treatment than before treatment is significantly improved and the treatment group than in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Invigorating the spleen and kidney,blood hemostasis treatment chronic nephritis hematuria tonifying liver and kidney,can significantly reduce the urine red blood cell count.
