摘要
目的探讨2016—2021年济南市平阴县布鲁菌病(布病)的发病情况及疫情动态。方法选取2016—2021年济南市平阴县布病疫点高危人群血样3648份,采用虎红平板凝集试验进行筛查,筛查阳性标本送检市疾病预防控制中心(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,CDC)进行确诊检验,收集标本的来源(性别、年龄、标本采集时间等),对监测数据结果与流行病学特征进行统计分析。结果共检测布病疫点高危人群血样3648份,其中初筛阳性58份,济南市CDC确诊49份阳性;时间分布:2016—2018年患者数量有所下降,2019年又开始逐渐增加;性别分布:血清抗体标本阳性率男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄分布:在30~89岁年龄段,均检出布鲁菌阳性血清标本,主要集中在40~69岁[81.63%(40/49)];季节分布:全年3~12月份检出阳性标本,存在明显的季节分布特征,集中分布在4~11月份[89.80%(44/49)]。结论2016—2021年济南市平阴县布鲁菌病,男性发病率高,主要在夏秋冬季节发病,应提高接触人群防护意识,加强宣传教育。
Objective To explore the incidence and epidemic dynamics of brucellosis(brucellosis)in Pingyin County,Jinan City,from 2016-2021.Methods 3,648 blood samples from high-risk populations at brucellosis epidemic sites in Pingyin County,Jinan City,2016-2021 were selected and screened by Tiger Red plate agglutination test.Screening positive specimens were sent to the municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)for confirmatory testing,the source of specimens(gender,age,specimen collection time,etc.)was collected,and the results of surveillance data and epidemiological characteristics were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 3648 blood samples from highrisk populations at brucellosis epidemic sites were tested,including 58 positive initial screening and 49 positive confirmatory tests at the Jinan Center for CDC.Time distribution:the number of patients decreased from 2016 to 2018,and then began to gradually increase in 2019.Gender distribution:the positive rate of serum antibody specimens was higher in males than in females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Age distribution:brucella positive serum specimens were detected in the age group of 30-89 years,mainly concentrated in the age group of 40-69 years[81.63%(40/49)].Seasonal distribution:positive specimens were detected from March to December throughout the year,with obvious seasonal distribution characteristics,concentrated in from April to November[89.80%(44/49)].Conclusion Brucellosis in Pingyin County,Jinan City,2016-2021,with a high incidence in males,mainly in summer,autumn and winter seasons,should raise awareness of protection of the exposed population and strengthen publicity and education.
