摘要
目的分析2020年12月至2021年3月本院新冠抗体阳性结果的分布特征。方法回顾性分析2020年12月至2021年3月首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院检验科使用化学发光法检测的7565例新冠抗体标本,统计分析阳性标本时间、性别、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)等分布特征。结果2020年12月至2021年3月新冠抗体阳性率分别为1.43%、2.04%、11.46%、6.28%,男性阳性率为45.8%,女性阳性率为54.2%,IgG单阳性率为32.5%,IgM单阳性率为18.4%,IgG和IgM双阳性率比例为49.1%。<18、19~30、31~40、41~50、51~60、>60岁年龄组,IgG阳性率分别为0.72%、13.77%、33.33%、25.37%、23.92%、2.89%;IgM阳性率分别为2.56%、14.10%、35.90%、23.08%、19.23%、5.13%;双阳性率分别为0.48%、20.19%、31.25%、25.48%、19.71%、2.89%。结论2020年12月至2021年3月人群新冠抗体阳性率呈升高趋势,与新冠疫苗的接种人数逐渐增多相一致,不同性别间阳性率没有区别,IgG阳性率高于IgM阳性率,单抗体阳性人群高于双抗体阳性人群,IgG单阳性率、IgM单阳性率、双阳性率的最高值均在31~40岁年龄组。
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of 2019-nCoV antibody positive results in our hospital from December 2020 to March 2021.Methods A total of 7,565 cases of coronet antibody samples detected by chemiluminescence in the Department of Clinical Laboratory of Beijing You’an Hospital,Capital Medical University from December,2020 to March,2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The sampling date,gender,IgG,IgM and other distribution characteristics of positive specimens were statistically analyzed.Results From December,2020 to March,2021,the positive rates of 2019-nCoV antibodies were 1.43%,2.04%,11.46%and 6.28%,respectively.The positive rates of male and female were 45.8%and 54.2%,while IgG were 32.5%and IgM were 18.4,respectively.The double positive rate of IgG and IgM was 49.1%.Conclusion From December,2020 to March 2021,the antibody positive rate of the population shows an increasing trend,which is consistent with the gradual increase of the number of new crown vaccine vaccinations.There is no difference in the positive rate between different genders.The IgG positive rate is higher than the IgM positive rate,and the single antibody positive group is higher than the double antibody positive group.
