摘要
目的分析神经内科护理管理时,采取规范化管理的价值。方法山东省聊城市第三人民医院于2020年7月对神经内科护理人员(40名)实施规范化管理,将2020年1—6月实施前(传统管理措施)的护理人员作为对照组,随机选取该期间患者100例;2020年7—12月实施后(规范化管理措施)的护理人员作为观察组,随机选取该期间患者100例。对比实施前后护理质量。结果实施后不良事件发生率低于实施前(1.00%vs 8.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.188,P<0.05);实施后护理人员护理质量评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后患者护理满意度评分高于实施前[(89.26±7.05)分vs(68.43±12.28)分],差异有统计学意义(t=14.711,P<0.05)。结论神经内科护理管理时采取规范化管理,具有较高临床价值,能够提高护理效果,降低不良事件的发生率,提高安全性,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the value of adopting standardized management in the nursing management of neurology.Methods The Third People's Hospital of Liaocheng,Shandong Province,implemented standardized management of nursing staff(40 cases)in the Department of Neurology in July 2020.The nursing staff before implementation(traditional management measures)from January to June 2020 were the control group,and 100 patients were randomly selected for that period;the nursing staff after implementation(standardized management measures)from July to December 2020 were the observation group,and 100 patients were randomly selected for that period.The quality of care before and after implementation was compared.Results The incidence of adverse events was lower after implementation than before implementation(1.00%vs 8.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.188,P<0.05);quality of care nursing scores nursing staff of were higher after implementation than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patient care satisfaction scores were higher after implementation than before implementation[(89.26±7.05)points vs(68.43±12.28)points],the difference was statistically significant(t=14.711,P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of standardized management in neurology nursing management has high clinical value,which can improve the nursing effect,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve safety,with significant results.
