摘要
全面贯彻绿色发展理念,促进物流的绿色智慧高质量发展,是现代化物流发展的新趋势。文中基于现代物流管理专业的核心课程《配送管理实务》中第四个教学项目,以“绿色运力”助力发展高质量“智慧配送”为背景,设计了四个教学任务。以“科研型双师”教师团队为保障,依托1+X职业资格认证和在线课程资源平台,聚焦“三教”改革,构建“三七”探究式教学模式,以任务驱动、虚实递进、“课岗赛证”相结合实施教学。将专业的工匠精神贯穿始终,德技双修,培养新时代高标准的物流匠人。
The concept of green development has been fully implemented to promote the green,intelligent and high-quality progress on logistics,which has attained the role of boosting regional and national economic growth.And this is the new trend of modern logistics development.This paper designs four teaching tasks based on the fourth teaching item in the core course of modern logistics management major,Distribution Management Practice,which takes“green transportation capacity”as the background to carry forward high-quality development of“intelligent distribution”.With the guarantee of“double-qualified teachers in scientific research”and relying on the 1+X professional qualification certification and online course resource platform,focusing on the reform of“teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods”,this paper constructs the“3&7”inquiry teaching mode,and implements the teaching by combining task-driven,virtual-to-real progress and“setting courses according to professional positions”.With the skill cultivation on moral and technical aspects,teachers shall carry out the professional craftsman spirit throughout the whole progress and cultivate high-standard logistics craftsmen in the new era.
