摘要
"双主体融合"校企合作模式是高职教育发展的重要特征和发展趋势,当前,"双主体融合"校企合作模式下学生思政管理面临着诸多问题,要契合高职教育发展的时代要求,促进学生思政工作的实效性,应不断创新思政工作,包括建立和健全学生思政管理制度,改革思政教育模式和方法,并构建校企人才共育、思政共管的联通机制。
'Double subject integration' model of school-enterprise cooperation is an important feature and development trend for the development of higher vocational education, which will face many problems for students' ideological and political management. In order to fit the requirements of the development of higher vocational education, to promote the effectiveness of students' ideological and political work, we should constantly innovate, establish and improve ideological and political management system, and reform the reform its models and methods as well to construct union system of between school-enterprise talent education and ideological and political management.
