摘要
目的:分析布地奈德+孟鲁司特钠在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中的作用。方法:选取我院2019年2月至2021年2月就诊的96例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,依据随机排列表法分为对照组(n=48例)、观察组(n=48例),对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组采用布地奈德+孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:(1)观察组总有效率为97.92%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);(2)治疗后,观察组呼气峰流速值(PEF)、肺活量(FVC)、第一秒时间用力呼出气体容量(FEV1)高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗前,两组气道解剖学指标比较(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组气道解剖学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);(4)治疗前,两组炎症因子水平比较(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);(5)两组不良反应发生情况比较(P>0.05)。结论:在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中,布地奈德+孟鲁司特钠可改善患者肺功能,降低炎症反应,增强治疗效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of budesonide+montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough-variant asthma in children.Methods:A total of 96 children with cough variant asthma who visited our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=48 cases)and observation group(n=48 cases)according to the random list method,the control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with budesonide+montelukast sodium,and the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than that of the control group of 83.33%(P<0.05);(2)After treatment,the peak expiratory flow value(PEF),lung capacity(FVC),The volume of exhaled air force(FEV1)in the first second was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(3)before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the airway anatomical indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);(4)before treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);(5)and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma,budesonide+montelukast sodium can improve lung function,reduce inflammatory response and enhance treatment effect.
