摘要
本文采用液液萃取-QuEChERS净化-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定了恩诺沙星可溶性粉中五氯酚酸钠含量,对提取方法、流动相及净化条件进行了优化,并分析了该方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明,该方法在0.50~100.00μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9994,检出限为0.5μg/kg,定量限为1.0μg/kg。平均回收率为80.2%~94.0%,相对标准偏差小于7%。该方法快速、高效且价格低廉,适用于恩诺沙星可溶性粉中五氯酚酸钠的快速筛查测定。
This paper used liquid-liquid extraction-QuEChERS purification-high performance liquid chromato-graphy-tandem mass spectrometry to determine the pentachlorophenol sodium in enrofloxacin soluble powder,the extrac-tion method,mobile phase and purification conditions were optimized,and the accuracy and precision of the method were analyzed.The results showed that this method had good linear responses in the range of 0.50-100.00μg/L,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9994,the limit of detection was 0.5μg/kg,the limit of quantification was 1.0μg/kg.The average recovery was 80.2%-94.0%and the relative standard deviation was less than 7%.This method was rapid,efficient and inexpensive,which was suitable for rapid screening and determination of pentachlorophenol sodium in enrofloxacin soluble powder.
