分散固相萃取-气质联用法同时检测茶叶中32种农药多残留 被引量:14

摘要 用硅镁型吸附剂、无水硫酸钠和活性炭粉按照质量比1∶1∶2混合后作为净化剂,乙腈为提取溶剂,建立新型的农残分散固相萃取前处理方法,实现茶叶样品的快速制备,运用GC-MS对样品进行检测.采用对空白样品进行加标回收率实验,得出该方法的回收率范围、精密度,验证该方法的可靠性和准确性.最后得出32种农残回收率范围为80%~120%,精密度均小于10%,方法检出限在0.002~0.153mg/kg.本方法快速、简便、经济且具有较高灵敏度,是一种很好的茶叶农残检测方法. New pre-treatment method has been established for dispersed solid phase extraction of pesticide,florisil,anhydrous sodium sulfate,and carbon activated which mixed by 1∶1∶2as purifying agent,acetonitrile as the extraction solvent to achieve tea samples rapid preparation,and determination with GC-MS.Blank tea sample in order to validate the method by recovery and precision.The result is that 32 pesticides in the recoveries range of 80%-120% with RSDless than 10%,limits of method detection from 0.002mg/kg to 0.153mg/kg.In addition,this method was well applied to pesticides detection in tea with rapidly,easily,cheaply and sensitively.
