摘要
航空消防以响应速度快、机动能力强、受地理环境影响小等优势,现已成为我国应急救援工作中的重要组成部分。通过对吉林、辽宁两省在自然灾害、消防应急管理体制机制以及人员队伍建设等方面存在的不利因素进行充分调研分析,阐述了航空消防救援队伍在应对和化解灾害事故中面临的主要问题,并针对存在的问题提出了切实有效的解决措施。
Aviation fire protection has become an important part of emergency rescue work in our country due to its advantages of fast response speed,strong mobility and little influence from the geographical environment.Through the full investigation and analysis of the unfavorable factors in natural disasters,fire emergency management system and mechanism,and personnel construction in Jilin and Liaoning provinces,the paper expounds the main problems faced by aviation fire rescue teams in dealing with and resolving disasters and accidents.And effective solutions to the existing problems are proposed.
