摘要
目的提高死因数据管理和分析的效率,设计并建设死因数据管理平台,为相关部门和个人提供便捷高效的数据共享服务。方法采用分布式架构和集群部署,设计搭建基于桌面云的死因数据管理平台,提供SAS、R和Stata等数据挖掘工具进行数据分析。结果通过平台的统一部署和应用,规范了死因数据管理流程,实现了用户远程数据分析功能,为用户提供高质量、高效率、流程化的数据共享服务,避免了死因数据传输和扩散导致的数据安全问题,使获取分析结果的时间由以往的平均5天缩短至1小时左右。结论运用桌面云、大数据平台和安全加密等技术手段,实现数据的在线申请、审批和远程分析利用,有效解决了数据安全和共享服务的难题,为基层数据管理和利用提供了解决方案。
Objective To improve the efficiency of management and analysis of the death surveillance data,and develop a platform for death data management to provide convenient and efficient data sharing service for relevant departments and individuals.Method A desktop cloud-based data management and analysis platform was designed and established using distributed architecture and cluster deployment with main statistical software including SAS,R and Stata installed for data analysis.Results The platform standardized the data management process,and realized remote data analysis function,which provided high-quality,efficient,streamlined data sharing services for users.Meanwhile,the platform avoids data security problems caused by data transmission and exchange.The time for providing results has been shortened from the average of 5 days in the past to about 1 hour now.Conclusion With integration of online data application,approval and remote data analysis and utilization function,the desktop cloud-based death cause data management and analysis platform effectively solved the problems of data security and data sharing services,and provided a reference solution of data management and utilization for basic level units.
