摘要
以天麻的有效成分含量为品质评价指标,结合中医药理论和文献计量学方法对天麻道地性形成的原因进行分析,以期为天麻品质评价提供参考.统计分析发现,加工炮制为影响天麻品质的最主要因素,煮制块能提高天麻品质;各个产地中,云南产天麻综合品质较优;多个天麻品种中,乌天麻品种最优.天麻的种植采收因素较多,各地可因地制宜,开发优良菌株及天麻种用于天麻种植生产,以期提高天麻品质.
The content of effective components of Gastrodia elata Bl.was used as an index, combining with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and bibliometric methods, to analyze the reasons for the formation of Gastrodia elata Bl.’s authenticity, so as to provide a reference for the quality evaluation of Gastrodia elata Bl..Statistical analysis found that processing is the most important factor affecting the quality of Gastrodia elata Bl.,and boiled blocks can improve the quality of Gastrodia elata Bl.. Among the various producing areas, the comprehensive quality of Gastrodia elata Bl.produced in Yunnan is better.Among several Gastrodia elata Bl.varieties, Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow variety is the best.There are many factors for planting and harvesting of Gastrodia elata Bl.,and various regions can develop excellent strains and Gastrodia elata Bl.seeds for Gastrodia elata Bl.planting and production according to local conditions to improve the quality of Gastrodia elata Bl..
