焙制-碳化功能香料/魔芋葡甘聚糖多孔复合膜的制备与表征

Preparation and Characterization of Porous Composite Membrane Based on Baking-Carbonized Functional Flavors and Konjac Glucomannan

摘要 为研发能装配于香烟过滤嘴棒,并实现降焦减害并散发特殊香气的多孔添加材料,本研究创新性地选用碳化发酵的焙制-碳化功能香料,具有吸水性、凝胶性、成膜性的魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)为原料,经流延成型制成膜状、恒温交联提升强度及冷冻干燥脱水造孔等工艺制备了3种多孔复合膜,并通过X射线粉末衍射、傅里叶红外光谱、扫描电镜、比表面及介孔孔隙分析仪和大孔压汞仪表征了材料的成分结构、截面形貌和孔隙结构,同时研究了复合多孔膜的萃取成分以及其在空气中的热重变化.结果表明:焙制-碳化香料为含有OH-、≡C-H、COO-、C-OC(醛、酯)等基团的无定形碳,与KGM复合后,被KGM片层包裹于其内部,形成以KGM为骨架的三维多孔网络结构.多孔复合膜同时具有5~50nm的介孔、20~255μm的大孔以及超过90%的膜内孔隙率,能为气体流通提供通道并实现有害气体吸附;其萃取出的四氢香叶基甲酸酯、2-庚烯醛等成分具有特殊香气,能赋予多孔膜特殊香韵;在应用场景下,热失重仅为0.1238%~1.516%,性质稳定.以表征和测试的结果综合评价,多孔复合膜具有吸附有害气体的孔隙以及散发特殊香韵的成分,有望丰富过滤嘴棒的功能,其中以假秦艽原料制备的表现最优. To develop one porous additive material that can be assembled on cigarette filter,and achieve both functions of reducing hazard substances like tar and providing special aroma and moisture,this study innovatively selects the raw materials like baking-carbonized functional flavors with special aroma and konjac glucomannan(KGM)with properties of water absorption,gelling and film-forming,following the steps of casting into mem-brane shape,thermostatic crosslinking for strength enhancement and freeze-drying for pore creating to prepare 3 porous composite membranes.Phases and contained radicals,cross-section morphologies and porosities are characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,BET and Mercury Intrusion,the extracting-out components and thermogravim-etric changes are also investigated.Results show that all baking-carbonized functional flavors are amorphous car-bon that containing the groups of OH-,≡CH,CH2,C-O-C(aldehyde,ester)etc.After compounding with KGM,the flavor are packaged into KGM layer to form a 3D porous network structure based on KGM skeleton.Porous composite membranes own both mesopores and macropores with the size ranged in 5~50 nm and 20~255μm,respectively.And the porosity beyond 90%made each composite membrane can provide channels for gas cir-culation and achieve harmful gas adsorption.Meanwhile,the extracted components like tetrahydrogeranyl formate,2-heptenal and other can perform a special aroma,which are also equipped on porous membrane to offer more smoking taste.In application,the thermal weight loss ratios ranged from 0.1238%~1.516%indicated 3 porous composite membranes own better thermostability.Based on the comprehensive evaluation,all 3 porous composite membrane have the pores for adsorbing harmful ingredients and the components for emitting special aromas,which are expected to enrich the functionalities of filter tips.The sample prepared by Phlomis betonicoides has the best properties.
