农药中隐性添加虱螨脲、氟铃脲、氯虫苯甲酰胺等非法成分深度剖析研究

摘要 自农业部颁布农药执法中农药非法添加隐性成分和禁用成分为必检项目公告后,表面上农药非法添加已经刹车、非法添加和禁用成分不合格率迅速下降,但本院检测结果数据显示,厂商为了达到药效和规避法律风险,第一是在已登记的农药中添加国内尚未取得登记证的国外新农药或中间体(如二卤代)等,实验室对这种缺乏法律依据的案例判定束手无策;第二是农药厂商利用仪器功能漏洞大做文章,添加气质联用仪和气相色谱中容易热分解的禁限用成分如氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟铃脲、虱螨脲等。本文重点阐述实验室检测阿维菌素类农药中非法添加可疑新农药成分和气质联用仪中易受热分解农药(有机物),如氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟铃脲、虱螨脲等农药。 Since the Ministry of Agriculture issued the announcement that the illegal addition of hidden ingredients and prohibited ingredients of pesticides is a mandatory inspection item in pesticide law enforcement,the illegal addition of pesticides has been stopped on the surface,and the unqualified rate of illegal addition and prohibited ingredients has dropped rapidly.However,according to the data of our hospital’s inspection results,in order to achieve efficacy and avoid legal risks,The first is to add new foreign pesticides or intermediates(such as dihalogenated pesticides)that have not obtained registration certificates in China to the registered pesticides,and the laboratory is helpless to judge such cases without legal basis;The second is that pesticide manufacturers make use of the functional loopholes of the instrument to make a big fuss by adding prohibited and restricted components that are easy to be thermally decomposed in the GC-MS and gas chromatography,such as Lufenurcn,Hexaflumuron and Chlorantraniliprole etc.This paper focuses on the laboratory detection of suspected new pesticide ingredients illegally added to abamectin pesticides and the thermal decomposition of pesticides(organic substances)in the GC-MS,such as chloramphenicol benzamide,flubenzuron,deltamethrin and other pesticides.
