摘要 [目的]采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS),建立一种同时检测30种农药隐性成分的方法。[方法]以乙腈-甲酸水溶液为流动相,电喷雾离子源(ESI)离子化,多反应监测模式(MRM)检测,对农药隐性成分进行定性定量分析。[结果]所检测的30种农药隐性成分在0.5~10 mg/L的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.001~0.035 ng,平均回收率在98%~101%之间,相对标准偏差小于3.2%。[结论]方法操作简单,具有较高的准确度和灵敏度,可用于农药产品中隐性成分的检测。 [Aims] An analytical method for the simultaneous detection of 30 hidden ingredients in pesticides by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) was established. [Methods] With acetonitrile-formic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase, the hidden ingredients in pesticides were ionized by electrospray ionization(ESI), qualitatively and quantitatively detected under multiple-reaction monitoring(MRM) mode.[Results] The method showed good linearity in the ranges of 0.5-10 mg/L, and the limits of detection(LOD) were0.001-0.035 ng. The average recoveries were 98-101% and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were less than 3.2%.[Conclusions] The method has the advantages of easy, high accuracy and sensitivity, which can be used to analyse hidden ingredients in pesticide products.
