地铁盾构区间孤石处理探讨——以厦门市地铁2号线翁马区间隧道施工为例

摘要 盾构施工过程中很容易面临因孤石导致的问题,如果不能在进行盾构机作业之前就解决孤石问题,则会因为孤石本身具有较高的强度,导致盾构机刀具损耗率大幅度上升,同时有可能造成包括隧道塌方、地层扰动等众多问题。因此,文章以厦门市地铁2号线翁马区间隧道施工为例,对盾构区间隧道孤石的处理进行探讨,通过勘察和补勘为后续确定施工内容和方式提供可靠的数据支持,明确了要处理的孤石数量和尺寸,然后在此基础上制订了相应的孤石处理方案,以此为施工中盾构机正常作业提供保障。 In the process of shield construction,it is easy to face the problems caused by boulders.If the problem of boulders can not be solved before the operation of shield machine,it will lead to a significant increase in the cutter loss rate of the shield machine because of the high strength of the boulders.At the same time,it may cause many problems including tunnel collapse,stratum disturbance and so on.Therefore,this paper takes the construction of Wengma interval tunnel of Xiamen metro line 2 as an example to discuss the treatment of tunnel boulders in shield interval.Through investigation and supplementary investigation,it provides reliable data support for the subsequent determination of construction content and method,and clarifies the number and size of boulders to be treated.On this basis,the corresponding boulder treatment scheme is formulated to provide guarantee for the normal operation of shield machine in construction.
