市政桥梁建设中的现浇箱梁预应力施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 现阶段,城市机动车使用量越来越大,城市地面交通拥堵现象越来越严重,在这样的现实情况下,各城市都通过开展市政桥梁项目建设来改善城市地面交通拥堵现状。鉴于大多数市政桥梁建设项目都选用现浇箱梁结构,而在该类桥梁工程施工中,对预应力施工技术的应用颇为广泛,文章以预应力施工技术理论分析为切入点展开论述,结合实际案例,针对现浇箱梁预应力施工流程进行分析,具体包括预应力钢绞线的预制与固定、预应力束的张拉作业及孔道压浆,最后提出了具体的现浇箱梁预应力施工质量控制措施,以供相关人员参考。 At present,the use of motor vehicles in cities is increasing,and the phenomenon of urban ground traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.Under such a realistic situation,all cities have carried out the construction of municipal bridge projects to improve the current situation of urban ground traffic congestion.In view of the fact that most municipal bridge construction projects use cast-inplace box girder structures,and in the construction of this kind of bridge engineering,the application of prestressed construction technology is quite extensive.This paper starts from the theoretical analysis of prestressed construction technology,and analyzes the prestressed construction process of cast-in-place box girder in combination with practical cases,including the prefabrication and fixation of prestressed steel strand,the stretching operation of prestressed beams and the grouting of channels.Finally,the specific quality control measures of prestressed construction of castin-place box girder are put forward for the reference of relevant personnel.
