桥梁箱梁预应力张拉及压浆施工技术分析——以市政道路桥梁工程为例 被引量:11

摘要 预应力施工技术在现代工程项目建设中有着较为广泛的应用,技术应用原理为在混凝土浇筑结构受力之前利用专业设备对其施加一定的力,受拉力部位会出现一定的应力及外部荷载情况,实际应用中要求外部荷载作用不会对结构安全性和稳定性造成不良影响,结构也不会在拉力作用下出现损伤。预应力施工技术作为先进的技术,其有效应用不仅可以强化工程结构的耐久性,同时对于提升工程项目整体建设施工质量也有着积极影响,也因此得到众多技术人员与管理人员的青睐,将其应用到桥梁工程项目建设中。 Prestressed construction technology is widely used in the construction of modern engineering projects.The application principle of the technology is to apply a certain force to the concrete pouring structure by using professional equipment before it is subjected to force.There will be a certain stress and external load in the tension part.In practical application,the external load will not adversely affect the safety and stability of the structure,and the structure will not be damaged under the tension.As an advanced technology,the effective application of prestressed construction technology can not only strengthen the durability of engineering structures,but also have a positive impact on improving the overall construction quality of engineering projects.Therefore,it has been favored by many technicians and managers,and it has been applied to the construction of bridge projects.
