摘要
光电装备广泛应用于探测瞄准、跟踪制导、光电火控、夜间侦察,是实施精确打击和一体化信息作战的重要手段。光电装备长时间野外使用受振动冲击、环境骤变等因素影响,难免会出现机构卡滞、零部件故障、轴系失调等主要性能指标下降等问题。光学性能检测设备是保证光电装备主要性能指标和作战效能发挥的重要技术手段。简述了外军不同修理层级配备的光学性能检测设备发展现状,提出了适用于光电装备保障的性能检测设备基本设计原则,对宽光谱光学系统结构形式、检测设备环境适应性等关键问题进行了探讨,对军用光学性能检测设备研制与发展有借鉴作用。
Electro-optical equipment is widely used in detection and targeting,tracking and guidance,electro-optical fire control and night reconnaissance.It is an important means to implement precision strikes and integrated information operations.Long-term field use of photoelectric equipment is affected by vibration and shock,sudden changes in the environment and other factors.It is inevitably lead to mechanism jamming,component failure and shaft misalignment and the decline of other major performance indexes.Optical performance testing equipment is an important technical means to ensure the main performance indexes and operational effectiveness of the optoelectronic equipment.In this paper,the development status of optical performance testing equipment equipped in different repair repairing levels in foreign military is brief described and the basic design principles of performance testing equipment suitable for photoelectric equipment support are put forward.Furthermore,the key issues such as the structure of broad spectrum optical system and the environmental adaptability of testing equipment are discussed,which can be used as a reference for the research and development of military optical performance testing equipment.
