摘要
对内江市乡镇、城区、城乡结合部中学的不同教龄的物理教师进行了问卷调查,结果表明:这三种类型学校的实验仪器维护情况较好;乡镇中学和城乡结合部中学的实验室管理人员一人多职的情况较普遍,需要加强配备;少数教师对物理实验作用的理解不够深刻,对学生的实验要求有待提高.需要加强教龄较短的教师自制实验教具的能力和对学生小组合作意识的培养.
A questionnaire survey was conducted among physics teachers with different years of teaching in the middle schools of townships, urban areas and rural-urban conjunction areas in Neijiang. The results show that the experimental instruments in the three types of schools mentioned above are well maintained. It is common for a laboratory staff to have multiple duties in township middle schools and middle schools of rural-urban conjunction areas. The number of laboratory staffs needs to be increased. A few teachers do not have a deep understanding of the role of physical experiments, and their requirements for students’ experiments need to be improved. For the teachers with a few years of teaching, it is necessary to strengthen the ability to make experimental teaching aids and the ability to cultivate students’ teamwork consciousness.
