摘要
针对现有土槽试验台人机交互不直观、数据存储读取不便捷的问题,设计了一种基于STM32的小型环形土槽,土槽使用量程为1000 N·m的DYJN-101型扭矩传感器测量触土部件所受阻力,再将数据通过无线传输模块发送。利用USART HMI与易语言软件进行显示屏模块与上位机程序的编写,实现了测试数据在显示屏上实时显示,并实时储存在上位机中,可根据需要按照时间点查看与导出。通过对马铃薯挖掘铲不同安装角度(15°、20°、30°)的验证实验,小型环形土槽在一定程度上解决了因场地和机具宽度等带来的触土部件不易试验测试的问题,克服了传统土槽人机交互不便捷、存储读取不便的问题,大大提升了实验效率,为更好地分析触土部件的受力以及工作参数提供了一种新的控制测试方案。
In view of the unintuitive human-computer interaction of the existing soil bin test bench and the inconvenient data storage and reading,this paper designs a small annular soil bin based on STM32.The soil bin measures the resistance of soil-contact parts through the DYJN-101 torque sensor with a range of 1000 N·m,and then sends the data through the wireless transmission module.Utilize USART HMI and easy language software to compile the display screen module and host computer program,realize the real-time display of test data on the display screen,and store it in the host computer in real time,and can view and export according to the time point as needed.Through the verification experiment of different installation angles(15°,20°,30°)of the potato digging shovel,to a certain extent,the small annular soil bin solves the problem that the soil-contacting parts are difficult to test due to the width of the site and the machine tool,and overcomes the inconvenient human-computer interaction of the traditional soil bin,and the inconvenience of storage and reading greatly improves the efficiency of the experiment.A new control test program is provided to better analyze the stress and working parameters of the soil-contacting parts.
