摘要
在我国富煤缺油少气的能源结构特点及“双碳”目标的背景下,煤制乙二醇技术的发展趋势至关重要。陕煤集团榆林化学有限责任公司通过对蒸汽和换热系统改造、工艺设计及设备选型优化、余热回收利用等,使得生产规模加大的前提下,节能降耗。DMO合成副产蒸汽的综合利用及新型硝酸还原装置、地下储槽和废气废液处理系统的应用,促进产业安全、创新、绿色发展、促进经济增长,对保障国家能源安全和化工行业健康发展具有重要意义。
In the context of my country's energy structure characteristics of rich coal,lack of oil and little gas and the"two-carbon"goal,the development trend of coal-to-ethylene glycol technology is very important.Through the transformation of steam and heat exchange system,process design and equipment selection optimization,waste heat recovery and utilization,etc.,SHCCIG Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.can save energy and reduce consumption under the premise of increasing the production scale.The comprehensive utilization of DMO synthetic by-product steam and the application of new nitric acid reduction devices,underground storage tanks,waste gas and waste liquid treatment systems promote industrial safety,innovation,ECO development,economic growth.It is of great significance to ensure the national energy security and the healthy development of the chemical industry.
