摘要 煤制乙二醇生产过程中产生富余的低压蒸汽未得到充分利用,既增加设备投资、生产成本,又浪费了低位热能资源。文章针对陕煤集团榆林化学有限责任公司乙二醇装置草酸酯合成系统副产的低压蒸汽,提出低位热能综合利用方法,并对其用于发电进行可行性分析,得出增设发电装置可以实现低位热能的有效利用,给企业带来附加经济效益。 The surplus low-pressure steam produced in the coal to ethylene glycol production process has not been fully utilized,which not only increases equipment investment and production cost,but also wastes low-level thermal energy resources.In this paper,aiming at the low pressure steam produced by the dimethyl oxalate synthesis system of the ethylene glycol plant of SHCCIG Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.,a comprehensive utilization method of low-level thermal energy is proposed,and the feasibility analysis of its use in power generation is carried out.It is concluded that the additional power generation device can realize the effective utilization of low-level thermal energy and bring additional economic benefits to the enterprise.
