摘要
结合C#语言和SolidWorks软件开发一种集换热器仿真选型、三维模型生成和产品报价功能的一体化平台,在标准化建模流程的基础上通过共享原材料和模具数据库以及设计数据文件,将换热器装配结构按照既定参数进行选择定义,实现一键生成换热器三维零件模型和一键生成换热器三维装配模型,同时对零件及装配体的工程图实现参数化后的准确标注和定位,从而实现仿真软件与绘图软件之间的数据传输,规范绘图流程,提高工作效率。
Combined C#language and SolidWorks software,an integrated platform which combines heat exchanger simulations,3D models generations and product quotation,is developed.Based on the standardized modeling process,by sharing raw material and mould database and design parameters,the assembly structure of heat exchanger is parameterized so as to generation 3D part models and 3D assembly models by one click.At the same time,the engineering drawings of parts and assemblies are accurately marked and positioned after parameterization.Thus the data transmission between the simulation software and the drawing software is realized,the drawing process is standardized,and the work efficiency is improved.
