摘要
在熟悉CDL1MP5型液压缸结构及建模的基础上,研究了用SolidWorks自带的Excel表驱动和VB程序驱动两者结合的方法对CDL1MP5型液压缸的零件进行参数化建模,并阐述了如何应用VB程序调用SolidWorks API的函数,完成了零件之间的自动装配,最终实现了CDL1MP5型液压缸的参数化设计,提高了设计效率,对企业具有实际应用意义。
On the basis of the structure and modeling of familiar with the hydraulic cylinder on CDL1MP5 type,digs into the parameterization modeling for their parts by the method of the combined SolidWorks bringing Excel drive and VB drive,and illustrates how to use VB program calling functions of solidworks API to complete the assembling between the parts,finally, achieving the parameterization design of the hydraulic cylinder on CDL1MP5 type.This way improves the design efficiency and has actual meaning for the enterprise applications.
