摘要
随着自动化技术、智能控制技术与信息技术的丰富、深化,面向煤矿安全监测领域设计了一种新型的煤矿综合监测装置.该装置的控制系统采用TMS320F28335型数字处理器,通过指令协调检测模块、监控模块、通讯模块及上位机模块有序工作,完成井下环境指标监测;采用Code Composer Studio平台和YKSe触摸屏软件完成系统编程和上位机界面设计;采用圆筒型防爆外壳实现井下瓦斯浓度、粉尘浓度、风速、温湿度、矿车载重以及巷道状况等多信息的检测、显示和自动报警.通过实验验证了系统上电后能够实现信息采集、信息处理、数据上传、上位机显示及超阈值自动报警等功能.实验验证了设计的可行性.
As automation technology,intelligent control technology and information technology are enriched and developed,a new coal mine safety monitoring device for coal mine safety monitoring is designed.The system adopts TMS320 F28335 digital processor for the orderly work of detection module,monitoring module,communication module and upper computer module through the command,monitoring underground environmental indicators;the Code Composer Studio platform and YKSe touch screen software are used to design system programming and upper computer interface;cylinder explosion-proof housing is adopted to detect,display and automatically alarm the underground gas concentration,dust concentration,wind speed,temperature and humidity,mine car load,and roadway condition,etc.Through the experiment,it can been seen that the system can realize the functions of information collection,information processing,data upload,upper computer display and automatic alarm of over-threshold value after powering up.The feasibility of the design has been proved by the experiment.
