摘要
目的:探讨艾地苯醌联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:选取江西省宁都县人民医院老年血管性痴呆患者60例,随机将其分艾地苯醌治疗组(对照组)和艾地苯醌联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗组(观察组),每组各30例,观察两组临床症状改善程度、认知功能状况、日常生活能力及痴呆程度改善等情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组显效例数比对照组多5例,有效多7例,无效少12例,总有效率观察组(83.33%)明显高于对照组(43.33%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组MMSE评分均显著升高,且观察组比对照组升高显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组ADL评分均显著升高,且观察组比对照组升高显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组HDS评分均显著升高,且观察组比对照组升高显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾地苯醌联合阿托伐他汀钙具有显著的疗效,可有效改善认知功能状况,并提高日常生活能力。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of idebenone combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of senile vascular dementia;Method 60 cases of senile vascular dementia were selected and randomly divided into idebenone treatment group(control group) and idebenone combined with atorvastatin treatment group(observation group),30 cases in each group,the improvement of clinical symptoms,cognitive function,daily living ability and dementia degree of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with control group,observation group had 5 more effective cases,7 more effective cases,and 12 less ineffective cases;The total effective rate in observation group(83.33%) was significantly higher than that in control group(43.33%),comparison between groups the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,the MMSE scores of both groups were significantly increased,and observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,ADL scores in both groups were significantly increased,and observation group was significantly higher than group A(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the HDS scores of both groups were significantly increased,and observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Idebenone combined with atorvastatin has significant curative effect,which can effectively improve cognitive function and improve daily living ability.
