摘要
基于淮河流域蒙洼蓄洪区4个乡镇7个村庄的问卷调查数据,通过构建二元Logistic回归模型,对影响蓄洪区居民迁建意愿的因素进行分析。结果表明:蓄洪区居民迁建意愿是由多种因素交叉综合影响的;居民的年龄、居住地基础设施对迁建意愿具有显著负向影响,家庭中流动人口比、家庭经济状况、安置地环境、迁建政策满意度对居民迁建意愿存在显著正向影响;居民所处地理位置的不同对其迁建意愿同样具有重要影响;安置地环境因素与迁建政策因素几乎决定蓄洪区居民是否愿意迁建。基于此提出减轻居民迁建费用、完善安置地区环境以及调整迁建政策内容等可行性建议,以期提高蓄洪区居民迁建意愿,促进迁建工作的有效推进。
Based on the questionnaire data of seven villages in four towns in Mengwa flood storage area of Huaihe River Basin,the influencing factors of the willingness of residential relocation in the flood storage area were analyzed by constructing binary logistic regression model.The results show that the willingness of residential relocation in flood storage area is affected by the intersection of various factors.The age of residents and the infrastructure of their place of residence have a significant negative impact on their willingness to relocate,and there is a significant positive impact on the proportion of floating population in the family,the economic situation of the family,the environment of the resettlement site,and the satisfaction of the relocation and construction policies on the residents’willingness to relocate,the difference in the geographical location of residents also has an important impact on their willingness to relocate,environmental factors and relocation policy factors of resettlement sites almost determine whether the residents of the flood storage area are willing to relocate.Based on this,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions such as reducing residential relocation cost,improving the environment of resettlement area and adjusting the contents of relocation policy,so as to improve the willingness of residential relocation in flood storage area and promote the effective implement of relocation.
