煤矿井下防爆胶轮车湿式制动器结构优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对胶轮车湿式制动器的碟簧使用中发生的碎裂现象,运用标准GB/T 1972中方法对碟簧进行验算,发现在变负荷作用下的碟簧寿命≤10^(5)次,属于有限寿命。在保持制动性能不变情况下,采取增加碟簧厚度的改进方案对碟簧结构进行优化。优化后碟簧的设计循环寿命≥2×10^(6)次,达到GB/T 1972标准规定的无限寿命,并与工业制动器JB/T 10917中规定碟簧设计循环寿命一致。 Aimed at the problem that the brake disc spring of wet brake of some rubber tyred vehicles is broken during use, the checking calculation of disc spring was carried out with the method in GB/T 1972.It is found that the service life of disc spring under variable load is less than 10^(5) times, which belongs to limited service life.Under the condition of keeping the brake performance unchanged, the disc spring structure was optimized by increasing the disc spring thickness.After optimization, the design cycle life of disc spring is more than 2×10^(6) times, reaching the infinite life specified in GB/T 1972 standard, and it is consistent with the design cycle life of disc spring specified in JB/T 10917 for industrial brake.
