摘要
论述了制动器设计应遵循的基本原则 ;工作制动器和驻车制动器设计计算中有关制动力的确定 ;按照制动器制动力矩的公式计算每个车轮上的制动静力矩的方法。并对设计制动器时主要参数的确定和主要件的结构设计与选型作了详细的介绍。
The paper describes a design principle which should be used in the brake design,and shows how to determine the brake force in design calculation of the working brake and residence brake.At the same time,indicates the way how to compute the brake static moment of each cartwheel according to the brake moment's formula.Finally,it introduces the detail how to determine the main parameters in the brake’s design and how to properly select the configuration design and construction type for main components of the brake.
