LED补光对蛋白核小球藻生长和脱氮除磷的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Different Light Spectra on the Growth,Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal of Chlorella Pyrenoidosa

摘要 为探究发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)补光对蛋白核小球藻生长和脱氮除磷的影响,设置了在白光基础上补充红光(WR)、蓝光(WB)、绿光(WG)三个实验组和白光(W)对照组,研究了不同补光下蛋白核小球藻的生长情况和脱氮除磷效果。结果表明:补充蓝光最适合蛋白核小球藻生长,蛋白核小球藻的比生长速率(μ)和生物量产率(P)最高,分别为0.12/d和0.096 g/(L·d);补充绿光有利于提高蛋白核小球藻的脂质产量,脂质产量为27.67%;补充红光、蓝光、绿光均能提高蛋白核小球藻除磷效果,补充蓝光的总磷(total phosphorus,TP)去除率最高,达到90.4%。因此,实验结果表明在白光的基础上补充特定波长的光不仅可以促进蛋白核小球藻的快速生长,也能增强除磷的效果。 The effect of light emitting diode(LED)light spectra on the growth,nitrogen and phosphorus removal of Chlorella pyre⁃noidosa was studied with three designed experimental groups of white-red light(WR),white-blue light(WB),white-green light(WG)and with a white light(W)as the control group.Results show that the blue light supplementation is most suitable for the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa,and the specific growth rate and biomass yield of Chlorella pyrenoidosa are the highest under blue light supplementation with 0.12/d and 0.096 g/(L·d),respectively.Supplementing green light is beneficial to increasing the lipid production of Chlorella pyrenoidosa with a lipid yield of 27.67%.Interestingly,supplementing red light,blue light,and green light all can improve the phosphorus removal by Chlorella pyrenoidosa,and the blue light supplement shows the highest TP removal rate,reaching 90.4%.Therefore,supplementing specific wavelengths of light not only can improve the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa,but also can strengthen the phosphorus removal effeet.
