深基坑开挖对相邻共墙基坑影响规律研究 被引量:4

摘要 相邻深基坑共用地连墙围护结构为城市地下空间的开发节约了空间,但是共墙深基坑开挖对相邻基坑影响规律尚不明确。为研究深基坑开挖对相邻共墙深基坑的影响规律,本文基于城际铁路前海湾站基坑工程,采用有限差分软件进行城际铁路站基坑(S2)和相邻建筑基坑工程(T3)的开挖全过程模拟,分析相邻建筑基坑开挖对共用地连墙的车站基坑围护结构变形、内支撑轴力及地表沉降的影响规律。结果表明:共墙深基坑(T3)开挖会增大城际铁路车站基坑(S2)远侧围护结构变形及周边地表沉降;相邻建筑深基坑开挖对共墙侧围护结构变形有一定的恢复作用;影响效果随着开挖深度的增加呈现“先增大,后减小”的趋势。 The application of adjacent foundation pit with common underground continuous wall saved space for urban underground space development,but the influence of deep foundation pit excavation on the adjacent foundation pits is still unclear.To study the influence law,based on the practical engineering of Qianhaiwan station of intercity railway,the excavation processes of the foundation pit of intercity railway station(S2)and the adjacent building foundation pit(T3)are simulated using the finite difference software,the influence of adjacent foundation pit(T3)excavation on the deformation of the station foundation pit(S2)retaining structure,the inner support axial force and the ground settlement of the station foundation pit are analyzed.The results show that:The excavation of a deep foundation pit(T3)with a common wall will increase the deformation of the outer retaining structure of the intercity railway station foundation pit(S2)and the surrounding ground settlement.The excavation of adjacent building deep foundation pit of has a certain restoring effect on the deformation of common diaphragm wall.The influence effect increasing first,then decreasing with the increasing of excavation depth.
