摘要
目的研究处方/医嘱前置审核对住院患者用药安全性的影响。方法200例住院患者(200条处方/医嘱),随机分为观察组及对照组,每组100例(100条处方/医嘱)。观察组进行处方/医嘱前置审核,对照组不进行处方/医嘱前置审核。对比两组不合理用药发生情况,分析不合理用药处方/医嘱的科室分布情况。结果观察组不合理用药发生率为3.00%,其中适应证不符合1条、配伍不当1条、溶媒不当1条;对照组不合理用药发生率为12.00%,其中适应证不符合7条、重复用药3条、配伍不当1条、溶媒不当1条。观察组不合理用药发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。15条不合理用药处方/医嘱中,以血液风湿免疫科较为常见,共6条、占比为40.00%;肾内科2条、占比为13.33%;其次为妇科、心血管内科、儿科、急诊科、内分泌科、消化内科、呼吸与危重症医学科,各1条,占比均为6.67%。结论通过对住院患者进行处方/医嘱前置审核,能显著提高用药安全性,改善患者预后。
Objective To study the effect of pre-review of prescription/doctor's advice on drug safety in hospitalized patients.Methods A total of 200 hospitalized patients(200 prescriptions/doctor's advice)were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases(100 prescriptions/doctor's advice)in each group.The observation group underwent pre-review of prescription/doctor's advice,while the control group did not receive pre-review of prescription/doctor's advice.The incidence of irrational drug use in the two groups was compared,and the departmental distribution of prescriptions/doctor's advice for irrational drug use was analyzed.Results In the observation group,the incidence of irrational drug use was 3.00%,including 1 piece of unsuitable indications,1 piece of improper compatibility,and 1 piece of improper solvent;in the control group,the incidence of irrational drug use was 12.00%,including 7 pieces of unsuitable indications,3 pieces of repeated medication,1 piece of improper compatibility,and 1 piece of improper solvent.The incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 15 pieces of irrational drug prescriptions/doctor's advice,the department of hematology and rheumatology was the most common,with a total of 6 pieces,accounting for 40.00%;2 pieces in nephrology,accounting for 13.33%;followed by gynecology,cardiovascular medicine,pediatrics,emergency medicine,endocrinology,gastroenterology,and respiratory and critical care medicine,each with 1 piece,accounting for 6.67%.Conclusion Pre-review of prescription/doctor's advice for hospitalized patients can significantly improve the drug safety and improve the prognosis of patients.
