摘要
航空研制企业实施绿色供应链涉及众多项目利益相关方,项目利益相关方的参与期望对绿色供应链的实施有重要影响。在对航空研制企业实施绿色供应链项目利益相关方进行分析的基础上,通过文献研究初步提取项目利益相关方视角下航空研制企业实施绿色供应链的影响因素,采用问卷调查和因子分析将这些影响因素进一步筛选和分类,并结合某航空研制企业进行应用分析。结果表明:航空研制企业实施绿色供应链受到期望收益、合作机制、市场驱动力和企业绿色管理程度4类共计9个因素的影响。
The implementation of green supply chain in aviation development enterprises involves many project stakeholders.The participation expectation of project stakeholders has an important impact on the implementation of green supply chain.Based on the analysis of the stakeholders in the implementation of green supply chain in aviation development enterprises,through literature research,the influencing factors of the implementation of green supply chain in aviation development enterprises are extracted preliminarily from the perspective of project stakeholders preliminarily,the questionnaire survey and factor analysis are used to further screen and classify these influencing factors,and an aviation development enterprise is combined for application analysis.The results show that the implementation of green supply chain in aviation development enterprises is affected by a total of 9 factors in 4categories,which are expected income,cooperation mechanism,market driving force and the degree of enterprise green management.
