摘要
文章分析了国内外航空标准件的发展趋势和现状,结合大规模定制的理论和方法,从政策管理架构、业务管理架构、标准件数据和信息化系统等四个方面分别阐述了航空标准件供应链集成服务体系的设计方案,提出了一些结论和展望。
This paper analyzes the status quo and development trends of the aviation standard parts home and abroad,and then uses the theory and methods of mass customization to expound on the design schemes of aviation standard parts supply chain service system from the aspects of policy management structure,business management structure,standard parts data and information system.The paper also puts forward some conclusions and outlook.
