摘要 为解决SMA-13的体积设计,拟采用SGC法改进传统的体积设计方法,通过集料分形维数的变化确定压力参数,以此优选粗集料与细集料的间隙率对应的配比。通过动态剪切流变试验优选胶浆的粉胶比与纤维掺量,采用泰波公式确定细集料级配,提出SMA-13的级配并进行性能验证。结果表明,SGC法的压力参数取旋转压实次数125次,竖向压力500 kPa,旋转角1.25°,旋转速率30 r/min;9.5~13.2 mm与4.75~9.5 mm 2档集料的比例宜在45∶55~55∶45之间;沥青胶浆的粉胶比宜取1.6,纤维掺量宜取2%。与规范中值级配相比,油石比降低了0.3%,马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度与弯拉强度提升了13%,15%,5%。 In order to propose the volume design method of SMA-13,the SGC method is proposed to improve the traditional volume design method,and the pressure parameters are determined by the change of the fractal dimension of the aggregate,so as to optimize the distribution corresponding to the gap ratio of the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate.The powder-to-binder ratio and fiber content of the mortar were optimized by dynamic shear rheological test,the fine aggregate gradation was determined by Taibo formula,the gradation of SMA-13 was proposed and the performance was verified.The results show that the pressure parameters of the SGC method are 125 times of rotary compaction,vertical pressure of 500 kPa,rotation angle of 1.25°,and rotation rate of 30 rpm;the ratio of 9.5~13.2 mm and 4.75~9.5 mm aggregates should be between 45∶55 and 55∶45;the powder-to-binder ratio of asphalt mortar should be 1.6,and the fiber content should be 2%.Compared with the normative median gradation,the oil-to-stone ratio is reduced by 0.3%,and the Marshall stability,dynamic stability and flexural and tensile strength are increased by 13%,15%,and 5%,respectively.
