摘要
随着我国海洋强国战略的实施,海洋科技创新能力在海洋产业中所占的地位愈发重要,依然成为国家科技水平的主要标志之一。本研究在梳理我国海洋科技创新现状的基础上,详细分析了新发展格局下我国海洋科技创新面临的挑战,并从研发投入、人才队伍建设和平台建设等方面提出了提升我国海洋科技创新能力的发展路径。
With the implementation of China’s marine power strategy, marine science and technology innovation capability plays an increasingly important role in the marine industry and remains one of the main indicators of the national science and technology level. On the basis of combing the current situation of marine scientific and technological innovation in China, this study analyzes the challenges faced by marine scientific and technological innovation in China under the new development pattern in detail, and proposes the development path to enhance China’s marine scientific and technological innovation ability from the aspects of R&D investment, talent team construction and platform construction.
