摘要
提出了一种基于差值法的实心铆钉紧固压力和压强测量方法,设计了实心铆钉铆接的摩擦力矩测量试验,详细说明了试验件结构及设计要求、试验设备、试验原理和试验测量内容;基于试验测量的摩擦力矩,利用差值法和摩擦力矩平衡,推导了普通型实心铆钉和沉头实心铆钉的轴向紧固压力和径向压强的计算公式。测量试验设计和计算公式推导均基于铆钉的实际铆接受载情况,能够有效保证测量的有效性和准确性。
An measurement of fastening pressure and pressure intensity for solid rivets was proposed through difference method,measurement test of friction moment for solid rivets was designed,the structure and design requirement of test pieces,test equipment,test principle and test content were described in detail.Based on the friction moment measured by test,combined with difference method and friction moment balance,calculation formulas of axial fastening pressure and radial pressure intensity for common solid rivets and countersunk solid rivets were derived.The measurement test and calculation formulas are based on the actual riveting loading condition,the measurement method proposed can effectively guarantee the validity and accuracy.
