摘要
通过两个算例应用ANSYS软件对飞机蒙皮铆接修理进行了有限元分析,得出了蒙皮结构在不同铆接修理方案下的承载能力,并与相应的试验数据进行了对比分析,验证了有限元分析结果的可靠性;同时,给出了蒙皮结构在不同铆接修理方案下各铆钉所承受的钉载值,这为铆接修理方案的优化设计提供理论参考。
The paper uses the software ANSYS to analyze the rivet repair of aircraft skin throught the two cases and to obtain the carrying capacity of the aircraft skin after rivet repair,which is compared with the the corresponding experiment results.This proves that the results of the finite element analysis result are reliable.At the same time,the rivet loads of the aircraft skin after rivet repair are given,which offers the theoretical reference for the optimal design of the rivet repair project.
