摘要
目的评价同伴教育对于改善2型糖尿病患者焦虑情绪的效果。方法检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、SinoMed、中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中有关同伴教育应用于2型糖尿病患者影响其焦虑情绪的随机对照试验,检索时间为从建库至2021年4月。筛选文献、提取数据、评价文献质量后用RevMan 5.4软件进行分析。结果合计纳入10篇文献,共有992例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,焦虑自评量表差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同伴教育能改善2型糖尿病患者的焦虑情绪,但样本量较少,质量不高,以后应选择大样本、高质量的随机对照试验进行论证。
Objective To evaluate the effect of peer education on anxiety in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Randomized controlled trials on the application of peer education to anxiety in patients with type 2 diabetes were retrieved from The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP Databases from the establishment of the database to April 2021.After literature screening,data extraction and literature quality evaluation,RevMan 5.4 software was used for analysis.Results A total of 10 literatures were included,with a total of 992 subjects.The results of Meta-analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in SAS(P<0.05).Conclusion Peer education can improve the anxiety of patients with type 2 diabetes.However the sample size was small and the quality was not high,so large samples and high-quality randomized controlled trials should be selected for demonstration in the future.
