摘要
为了给金属材料的热疲劳试验提供一种更加通用的解决方案,研制了一套金属热疲劳试验系统。系统采用基于模糊控制的有限状态机进行温度控制,通过多种传感设备以及NI的数据采集设备测量试验过程中的相关参数,并采用摄影测量的方法测量试样的形状变化。实验结果表明:系统具有良好的温度控制精度,保温段温度的相对误差不超过0.5%;对于弯折试样,系统的角度测量精度可达到0.02°;此外,系统具有较强的鲁棒性,在工程实践中具有较大的价值。
In order to provide a more general solution for the thermal fatigue test of metal materials, a set of metal thermal fatigue test system was developed.The system adopted a finite state machine based on fuzzy control for temperature control, measured the relevant parameters in the test process through a variety of sensing equipment and the data acquisition equipment of NI,and measured the shape change of the sample by photogrammetry.The experimental results show that the system has good temperature control accuracy, the relative error of temperature is no more than 0.5% during insulation stage.For bent sample, the accuracy of system angle measurement can reach 0.02°.In addition, the system has strong robustness, which makes it have great value in engineering practice.
