基于数值模拟的变形管道应力分析及程序开发 被引量:6

摘要 虚拟实验资源的建设是高等教育信息化和实验教学建设必不可少的组成部分。长距离埋地油气管道通过的地形区域复杂多样,油气管线运行的工作性能与管道的应力状态密切相关。该文基于有限单元法建立计算模型,对埋地油气管道进行数值应力分析,并采用面向对象技术完成相应有限元程序的开发,对油气管道工程的数值仿真案例教学提供了借鉴。该有限元程序具备3部分功能:建立有限元计算模型计算管道受力状态;根据管道应力状态显示应力云图;根据管道空间几何位置显示管道效果图。通过对比ANSYS有限元软件与变形管道应力计算有限元程序对同一算例的计算结果,验证了该文设计开发的有限元程序的准确性、实用性和高效性。 The construction of virtual experimental resources is an essential part of higher education informatization and experimental teaching construction. The terrain area of long-distance buried oil and gas pipeline is complex and diverse, and the operating performance of oil and gas pipelines is closely related to the stress state of pipelines. In this paper, a calculation model is established based on the finite element method, the numerical stress analysis of buried oil and gas pipeline is carried out, and the corresponding finite element program is developed by using object-oriented technology, which provides a reference for the numerical simulation case teaching of oil and gas pipeline engineering. The finite element program has three functions, establishing the finite element calculation model to calculate the stress state of the pipeline, displaying stress nephogram according to the stress state of the pipeline, and displaying the effect picture according to the geometric position of the pipeline space. The accuracy, practicability and high efficiency of the finite element program designed and developed in this paper are verified by comparing two calculation results of the same example calculated by ANSYS finite element software and the finite element program for stress calculation of deformed pipeline.
