摘要
长输油气管道易受土壤外部载荷作用、地质原因、周围环境影响而发生弯曲变形,对管道安全造成严重威胁。管内漏磁检测技术是长输油气管道变形检测的主要手段,基于此研究了油气管道复合变形内检测技术,并提出一款管内检测蛇形机器人,设计出油气管道变形内检测方案,研究结果表明:设计的机器人可以适应变直径管道且检测高效;针对典型变形种类及不同长度和宽度的变形进行磁化模拟仿真,得出磁场强度变化的基本规律:可根据仿真参数预测管道中变形种类及特征,对油气管道变形内检测技术的发展具有意义。
Long-distance oil and gas pipelines are susceptible to bending and deformation due to external loads on soil,geological reasons and the surrounding environment,posing a serious threat to pipeline safety.It can be seen that the deformation detection technology in the pipeline is of great significance to ensure the safety of oil and gas pipelines.In-pipe magnetic flux leakage detection technology is the main method for deformation detection of long-distance oil and gas pipelines.Based on this,this paper studies the internal detection technology of composite deformation of oil and gas pipelines,and proposes a snake-shaped robot for in-pipe detection:The designed robot can adaptto multi-diameter pipelines and can detect efficiently;according to typical deformation types and the deformation of different lengths and widths,the magnetization simulation is carried out to explore the variation law of magnetic field intensity,and the conclusion is as follows:the types and characteristics of deformation in the pipeline can be predicted in accordance with the simulation parameters,which is of great significance to the development of the internal detection technology of pipeline deformation.
