淮海经济区工业碳排放强度及其效应 被引量:2

摘要 采用分解法研究淮海经济区工业碳排放强度及其效应的时空异质性特征.2010—2019年,淮海经济区工业碳排放整体上呈递减趋势,其中化石能源消耗起主导作用,且呈减弱之势;工业碳排放强度绝对差异缩小而相对差异扩大,空间上呈核心边缘型格局,且有均衡化之势.淮海经济区工业碳排放是各种因素作用的集体表征,能源结构效应、技术效应有抑制作用,以技术效应最为显著,而经济效应、人口效应有正向促进作用,以经济效应为显著,工业化效应对工业碳排放的影响具有不确定性.优化能源结构,推动技术创新,促进工业高级化和多样化,是新时期实现工业绿色发展的主要举措. The spatial and temporal heterogeneity of industrial carbon emission intensity and its effect in Huaihai Economic Zone was studied by decomposition analysis.From 2010 to 2019,the industrial carbon emissions in Huaihai Economic Zone showed a decreasing trend as a whole,in which fossil energy consumption played a leading role with a weakening trend.The absolute difference of industrial carbon emission intensity was narrow down,but the relative difference was contrary with a core-marginal pattern in space and a equal trend.The industrial carbon emissions were the collective representation of various factors.The energy structure effect and the technical effect had an inhibitory effect,and the technical effect was the most significant.The economic effect and the population effect had a positive effect,and the economic effect was more significant.The impact of industrialization on industrial carbon emissions was uncertain.In the new era,it should optimize the energy structure,promote technological innovation,and advance industrial upgrading and diversification to achieve green development.
