摘要
中巴经济走廊建设作为“一带一路”倡议的旗舰项目,既是中巴“全天候战略合作伙伴关系”的重要体现,也是推进和深化两国高等教育合作的重要机遇。以适应中巴经济走廊建设的可持续发展为目标指向,中巴高等教育合作在助力经济转型发展、促进民心相通、提供人才智力支撑、搭建学术研究平台上取得积极成效。然而,对标“一带一路”教育行动目标,中巴高等教育合作在内外环境、行为主体、合作办学和语言联通等方面仍存在很多亟须解决的难题,面临着政治环境复杂多变、合作主体范围不广、合作办学力度有限、语言力量薄弱等现实挑战。为此,中巴高等教育合作应从加大教育开放力度,推动多主体合作,加强合作办学项目,加快培养语言人才等方面积极寻求解决对策。
As the flagship project of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI),the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC)is not only an important manifestation of the“all-weather strategic cooperative partnership between China and Pakistan”,but also an important opportunity to promote and deepen the cooperation in higher education between the two countries.With the goal of adapting to the sustainable development of the construction of the CPEC,China-Pakistan higher education cooperation has achieved positive results in helping economic transformation and development,promoting people-to-people bonds,providing talent and intellectual support,and building academic research platforms.However,against the BRI education action targets,China-Pakistan cooperation in higher education has still existed many urgent problems to be solved in terms of internal and external environment,key actors,cooperation in running schools and language connectivity.Therefore,China-Pakistan cooperation in higher education should actively seek solutions from the aspects of increasing educational opening-up,promoting multi-actors cooperation,strengthening cooperation in running school projects and accelerating the training of language talents.
