基于产学研联合创新的化工人才培养路径探索与实践——以联合化学反应工程研究所为例 被引量:5

摘要 创新型化工人才培养能够有效推动我国石化产业的持续创新与发展,为实现我国化学工程技术的跨越式发展提供了人才支撑。文章梳理了当前我国化工人才培养中的培养目标与行业需求存在差距、知识体系和教学方式有待改进、科教产教融合度有待提升等问题,并以浙江大学、华东理工大学与中国石化联合设立的联合化学反应工程研究所为例,介绍了基于产学研联合创新的化工人才培养模式和实践路径,总结了培养成效和经验,以期为高校化工人才培养提供参考。 Innovative chemical talent cultivation could effectively push the continuous innovation and development of petrochemical industry in China, and provide talent support for realizing the leap-forward development of China’s chemical engineering and technology. This paper sorts out the current gap between the training objectives and industry needs of chemical talent training in China, the need to improve the knowledge system and teaching methods, and the need to improve the integration of science, education, production and education. Take the Joint Chemical Reaction Engineering Institute jointly established by Zhejiang University, East China University of Science and Technology and Sinopec as an example, the chemical talent training mode and practice path based on the joint innovation of industry, university and research was introduced, and the training effect and experience were summarized, in order to provide reference for the cultivation of talents in chemical industry.
