摘要
研究了以氧化铋为脱氯剂,采用酸化、吸附、碱洗工艺从锌冶炼废水中去除氯。结果表明:在温度40℃、氧化铋用量为10倍氯离子质量、溶液初始pH=1.5、反应时间1 h条件下,氯去除率为93.37%,溶液中残留氯质量浓度24.85 mg/L;对吸氯渣碱洗脱氯,在温度90℃、NaOH质量浓度80 g/L、反应时间60 min、液固体积质量比5/1条件下,氯脱除率达93.64%,碱洗液中氯质量浓度20.07 g/L。脱氯后铋化合物经酸化处理可重复利用。该工艺实际上只消耗氢氧化钠,生产成本低,操作简单。
The removal of chlorine from zinc smelting wastewater by acidification,adsorption and alkali washing with bismuth oxide as dechlorination agent was studied.The results show that under the conditions of temperature of 40℃,bismuth oxide content of 10 times the amount of chloride,initial solution pH of 1.5 and reaction time of 1 h,the removal rate of chlorine is 93.37%,and the residual chlorine mass concentration in wastewater is 24.85 mg/L.Dechlorination from chlorine aspirate residue by alkali washing,the dechlorination rate is 93.64%and the chloride mass concentration in alkali washing solution is 20.07 g/L under the conditons of temperature of 90℃,NaOH mass concentrtion of 80 g/L,reaction time of 60 min and liquid volume/solid mass of 5/1.The bismuth compound after dechlorination can be reused by acidification.The process actually consumes only sodium hydroxide and has low production cost and simple operation.
