摘要
阐述了360m^(2)烧结机生产中遇到的烧结大块问题,分析其原因,通过现场一一验证并改进最终顺利治理了大块,遇制了对高炉带来的不利影响。为防止此类问题重复发生,技术质量部门优化了操作方法,并制定了相关管理规定同步推广实施。
This paper describes the issues with sintering large blocks encountered during the construction of the 360 m^(2) Sintering Machine,analyzes the causes,and then finally successfully controls the large blocks through field verification and improvement,and mitigates the negative effects on the blast furnace.The technology and quality department has streamlined the operating procedures and developed pertinent management regulations for simultaneous promotion and implementation to avoid the recurrence of such issues.
