摘要
电商转型是提升饲料企业经营实效、开拓新型销售市场渠道、顺应市场环境发展趋势的重要企业管理策略。我国饲料行业大部分企业都属于中小型企业,员工大多以基层销售人员为主,较少聘用知识型员工,也缺乏对知识型员工重要性的了解。在电商转型背景下,饲料企业急需知识型员工为企业注入新鲜活力来推动饲料产品创新和技术创新,从而争夺新的市场销售渠道。文章着眼于饲料行业的发展现状,分析知识型员工对饲料行业发展的重要性,探讨电商转型背景下饲料行业知识型员工人力资源管理存在的问题,提出有效的管理策略。从建立柔性化绩效管理体系、构建柔性化培训管理体系、重点关注知识型员工需求和实施柔性化组织制度4个方面进行研究。
E-commerce transformation is one of the important enterprise management strategies to improve the operational effectiveness of feed enterprises,develop new sales market channels,and conform to the development trend of the market environment.Most of the enterprises in Chinese feed industry are small and medium-sized enterprises,and most of their employees are mainly grass-roots sales personnel.They rarely employ knowledge-based employees and lack understanding of the importance of knowledge-based employees to corporate development.Under the background of e-commerce transformation,feed enterprises urgently need knowledge-based employees to inject fresh vitality into the enterprise to promote feed product innovation and technological innovation,so as to compete for new market sales channels.This article focuses on the development status of the feed industry,and analyzes the importance of knowledge-based employees to the development of the feed industry.By discussing the problems existing in the human resource management of knowledge-based employees in the feed industry under the background of e-commerce transformation,effective management strategies are proposed.In-depth research is carried out from four aspects,including establishing a flexible performance management system,building a flexible training management system,focusing on the needs of knowledge-based employeesand implementing a flexible organizational system.
